A little bit about me:  I am the wife of an engineer (and my high school sweetheart), a mama to six, a daughter, a sister and a friend.  Most of all, I am a Christ-follower, caught smack in the middle of His mercy.  Keeping a “blog” has been a sweet way for me to chronicle God’s kindness to me and my family.  I hope that in this small, quiet way, you too might be drawn to love Him more as you trace His grace through your days.  So glad you dropped by.

    Hi Julie,
I was reading the Incourage post when I saw it was written by Julie Ruegesegger. Could it be the same one that I was cheerleading with so long ago at DCS? No, it couldn’t be, but yes it is!! It was a joy to see your beautiful family. I look forward to reading more of beautiful writings.

Hi Kathy! What a fun surprise to see your message! Yes, those cheerleading days are long over . . . great memories! You’re still cheering me on, though. Thanks for the encouragement! I love to write and blogging has been my new “virtual scrapbook.” So fun to hear from you!

God bless you and your lovely family – come lurk on my site and let’s get to know each other 🙂 Hugs, Heidi

Hi Heidi! Thanks for visiting my blog. love yours as well, especially how you develop your thoughts around a one-word theme. You have a beautiful gift for the written word and for seeing the Hand of God in the “ordinary-ness” of your days! I’ll look for you on the 10th!
